Marinated Pork Chop

When it comes to frying, marinated pork chop is one of my favorites. I make this tasty chops most of the time. The best way to achieve these tender chops is overnight marinating.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon calamansi juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 6 (1 inch thick) pork chops
Procedure:
In a large resealable container, combine the soy sauce, calamansi juice, vinegar, and garlic; add the pork and turn to coat. Season with pepper. Cover the container; refrigerate overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Put some vegetable oil in your pan. Fry it over medium heat, turning occasionally, for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear.

Happy eating! :)
